This is a conversation designed to help you understand your posture and what actually influences it. There is no hands on Chiropractic treatment with the Posture Reset Consult.
Who this is for
This consult is for people who:
Experience recurring upper back, neck, or posture-related discomfort
Have tried exercises or posture tips that don't seem to stick
Spend time at a desk, on a phone, or in changing work environments
Want to understand why their body feels the way it does
Are ready to manage their posture more confidently at home and at work
If you're someone who likes clarity, context, and practical insight — this session is designed for you.
What we'll focus on
In this 30-minute posture consult, we'll:
Step back and look at how your posture adapts to your daily life
Identify the main drivers influencing how your body holds itself
Clarify which posture advice applies to you and which doesn't
Simplify what actually matters for long-term comfort and movement
Give you a clear, realistic way forward you can apply immediately
This is about understanding patterns, not correcting faults.
What this consult is (and isn't)
✔ A focused, educational session
✔ Tailored to how you work, live, and move
✔ Calm, practical, and personalised
✘ Not hands-on treatment
✘ Not a rehabilitation programme
✘ Not a list of exercises to remember
Many people find that one clear conversation changes how they approach their posture far more than repeated reminders ever could.
Why this approach
After 14 years in clinical practice and a background in anatomy, I've noticed something consistent:
People do best long-term when they understand their posture — not when they try to "fix" it.
This consult is designed to support that understanding.
