I have gone from waking up in pain throughout the night, having difficulty getting out of bed in the morning and suffering through the working day to being able to get back into the gym and enjoying a pain free life again. I visited Gourock Chiropracter with, I thought was a gluteus muscle problem, which is recurring. It stopped me doing alot of exercises which I love doing. I've not been able to run/sprint for quite a while, ( so I do rowing at the gym), because my leg gives way and I thought it was sciatica. I initially attended Inverclyde Chiropractor for a spinal check and found Fiona to be amazing. The clinic itself is very comfortable and the staff on reception are lovely and very welcoming. Fiona explained everything really well and made me feel at ease throughout. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided me with a plethora of information and lots of tips regarding my spinal health, sleeping habits and guidance moving forward. I was so impressed with my visit to Fiona that I booked for a further consultation (for my back and hip pain) and also recommended her to family members who were equally impressed with the service. My consultation with Fiona for my hip and back pain was great - she gave me a full assessment and was able to make various observations from this, coming up with a treatment plan. I didn’t feel pressured in any way to book in again which was great. Fiona also provided me with aftercare via email with some helpful advice and exercises. I’m now having a 12 week course of treatments and I’m finding these to be extremely beneficial. The sessions are of great value and well worth the investment. I have definitely felt a positive difference from the treatments I’ve received so far - both my pain and overall posture has improved and I’m so much more aware of things thanks to tools Fiona has given me.
